Dr. Mark Niedfeldt graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater magna cum laude and earned his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency in Family Medicine through the Medical College of Wisconsin and subsequently completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine.

The membership fee for an individual is $2000. Your retainer fee entitles you unlimited visits and access to Dr. Niedfeldt as a member of the practice. There are no charges to your insurance, co-pays or deductibles for primary care services. You have the option of paying either quarterly or annually.
