Dr. Bartholomew grew up in Saratoga, Wyoming, then attended Hastings College prior to graduating with honors from medical school at Creighton University. Dean completed his family medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is board certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Chandler was born and raised in Wyoming. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1993, received his medical doctor degree from Creighton University in 1997, and completed his Family Medicine residency at North Colorado Family Medicine in 2000. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
Dr. Tracy received his M.D. degree from the University of Colorado in 1994 and completed his residency in the combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics Residency Program at the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 1998. He is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.
