Individual Adult Membership is $175 per month, individual pediatric membership is $155 per month, Families enrolled with 3 or more members pay $135 per person. I do care for children as young as newborns, but do not have an in house vaccine offering so I am currently enrolling children younger than 10 on a case by case basis. Please reach out to discuss!
