Don Allred, DO

Family Medicine

Dr. Don Allred has been practicing family medicine since 1992 in the southwest Salt Lake Valley. Born in Salt Lake City, he graduated from Juab High School and subsequently received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Biology.

Daniel Thompson, MD

Family Medicine

Dr. Thompson graduated with honors from Bingham High School in 1987. He then attended the University of Utah on a Presidential Scholarship, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1992. He was then accepted to the University of Utah School of Medicine and graduated in 1996.

Rebecca Jenson, NP

Family Medicine

Becky graduated from Layton High School in 1982. She attended Weber State College graduating in 1984 with an Associate in Nursing. She worked in several local hospitals from 1984-1998 in labor & delivery, med-surg. ICU & rehab. She also enjoyed teaching child birth classes at this time.

Michelle Sestak, PA-C

Michelle graduated from the University of Utah’s Physician Assistant program with her master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is certified through the NCCPA. Mike earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah in Behavioral Science and Health. He went to AT Still University in Gilbert, AZ earning his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Mike loves getting to know his patients and help them in all their needs.

Jessica Stevens, NP

Jessica grew up in Pullman, Washington where she graduated from Pullman High School in 2003. She earned her Bachelor of Science of Nursing Degree from Washington State University in 2009, and graduated with a 4.0 GPA.

Jason enjoys working with Zenith Family Health. He has special interests in areas including preventative medicine, pediatrics, hypertension and cardiac health, and helping people adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. Jason is fluent in Spanish.

Ernest Severn, DO

Dr. Severn earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from UCLA. He worked in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries during and after college.
