Dr. Leavitt is a board-certified family physician. He received his undergraduate biology degree at University of Utah, his medical degree (DO) at Touro Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine, and his residency training locally at Family Medicine Residency of Idaho.
Jane Ankenbauer, COO
Jane, COO, has been in the healthcare field for 22 years. She began as a CNA, and then became a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Aide. She then took on the positition as an office manager with a hospice company before joining Dr Josh in 2018.

Andrea joined the IFD team in 2023. She is our lead MA and has been in DPC work for 7 years
