Membership for mental health is $75 per month and covers up to a half hour visit per month. Membership for opioid addiction is $75 per week, with discounts for patients stable enough to be seen every two or four weeks. Complex consultation for members wanting more time for medication management or psychotherapy is $75 per 15 minutes. A 20% discount will be applied to membership and hourly fees for the following people: veterans, homeless and students.
