As an East Tennessee native, Dr. McColl returned to his hometown in 2006 after receiving a masters degree from Covenant Seminary and completing his medical training in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. He enjoys the outdoors by hiking, backpacking, and visiting our National Parks.

Luke Howell, DO

Family Medicine

Dr. Howell joined Pillar Primary Care in 2022. He completed his medical training with Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA before moving back to East TN closer to his wife's family. He is an enthusiastic board game player, enjoys homesteading, and construction projects.
