We are three UCSF-trained family physicians and lifelong friends with roots in Marin, proud to offer this model to our community. We believe in blending old-fashioned care with modern medicine. As a pure DPC practice, a flat monthly fee ($200 adults, $100 kids) covers visits, calls, texts, preventive care, and procedures—without the usual insurance headaches.

Josh Pepper, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Pepper is a second-generation family physician with five generations of Bay Area roots. A UC Berkeley and UCSF graduate, he completed residency at SF General and later served as Medical Director at Panoramic Medicine. He's drawn to the parts of medicine where relationships are central to care.
Angela Mendoza, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Mendoza grew up in Novato and Petaluma, where she learned food is the universal language of care. After studying at UC Santa Barbara and working as a pastry chef, she pivoted to family medicine. A UCSF graduate, she loves accompanying patients through life's transitions.
Max Binstock, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Binstock is a board-certified family physician and Marin native. A UCSF and UC Berkeley graduate, he trained at Contra Costa and worked as a rural hospitalist before co-founding Marin Family Medicine. He blends integrative traditions with biomedical training to provide holistic care.
