Karassa attended undergraduate school at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. After graduating in 2002 from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon where she earned her degree as a Physician Assistant, Karassa returned to the Four Corners area. Karassa grew up in Mancos, Colorado.

Dr. Dan has been a board certified family physician since 2003. He is originally from Wisconsin. He attended Medical School at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, in Madison, WI. He completed his residency training at The Harbor-UCLA and moved to the Four Corners in 2003.

Brooke Cheatham, DO

Family Medicine

Dr. Cheatham was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences with her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine in 2014 and completed her family medicine residency at OSU in 2017. She moved to Durango in 2018.
